BODYCOMBAT
BODYCOMBAT™ is a non-combat, martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu, kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi. Each 55-minute BODYCOMBAT™ class is choreographed to 10 tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results.

BODYPUMP
BODYPUMP™ is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It's a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMP™ a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each 45-minute or one-hour workout. You'll use a step platform, a bar and a set of weights.
If you're new to weights-resistance exercise or you're out of shape, you should start with light weights. After a few classes you'll recognize the correct weight for you. If you're unsure, ask your instructor.

CXWORX™
Looking for a short, sharp workout that'll inspire you to the next level of fitness, while strengthening and toning your body? CXWORX™ is for you! CXWORX™ hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your abs and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
RPM®
Take the ultimate ride! RPM® incorporates cycling, choreography and motivational coaching techniques to give you a completely safe, aerobic, adrenaline ride. Get in the zone and find out why RPM® is totally addictive.
CORE
CORE packs a punch in just 30 minutes focusing on firming and defining the abdominal, core muscles, lower back, muscular slings, glutes and hips. This class is meant to improve functional strength and assist in injury prevention.
CYCLING
Cycling classes offer high energy stationary bike workouts that enhance cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Participants ride on a non-impact stationary bike and select personal intensity levels during the workout through body position and bike tension. Carefully selected music will inspire and motivate you through the workout like no other!
DANCE
Dance is a sexy, cool combination of latin, hip-hop, modern dance and low impact cardio all combined in one 60-minute workout!
MAT PILATES
Mat Pilates is a high level, fast-paced class conducted on the floor with mats. It helps students progress to more advanced levels of fitness by incorporating complicated and challenging exercises that require flexibility, strength and endurance.
YOGA
Yoga can be as much or as little as you want it to be. For some it is purely a physical pursuit, keeping the body toned, strong and flexible. For others, yoga becomes more of a mind set and a way of living. Breathing combined with static and dynamic postures will help improve strength, flexibility, balance and tranquility. This class is designed with options for all levels.
ZUMBA®
Zumba® is a "feel happy" workout that combines high energy and motivating Latin music with unique moves and combinations. Get ready to dance away your stress and worries!
YOGAPUMP
Intense energy yoga class. It combines Yoga, Pilates and other disciplines, all targeting to improve strength, flexibility and core power.
YogaPump is fast paced, jam packed with mixed impact combinations of cardio and strength flows targeting to increase muscle strength and mass, flexibility, balance, blast fat, tone the entire body, get chiseled abs and have fun.
COMPLETE BODY TONE
An interval based total body workout designed for improving overall body strength and muscular tone. You will build stronger muscle, developing leaner body mass, turning your body into a mean calorie burning machine. Each class is developed to target different muscle groups: biceps, triceps, chest, back, legs, abs, and to increase your cardiovascular endurance. Come to class with a huge bottle of water and a towel, you will sweat, grunt and have fun, that's a guarantee!
